I started lifting weights a little over four years ago. From what started out as a weightloss goal alone, turned into a whole new passion. I would go to the gym and spend countless time on the old hamster wheel (treadmill), and I would hope I was burning off that excess weight I had. It took me a few more sessions before I dwindled over to the free weight area of the gym, but ever since I completed my first weighted workout, I was hooked. I researched the art of various training techniques from bodybuilding to powerlifting, and from strength training to circuit training. It was at that time I developed an urge to put my new found knowledge and interest into the books. I studied through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), where I earned my Personal Training certifications and the rest is history. I love my career choice, and I will continue to grow from here on out as your Personal Trainer and Coach. I enjoy getting clients the results they are looking for. Whether your goal is to shed a few pounds and gain some muscle tone, to gain strength and mass, or just maintain an overall healthy lifestyle, I am confident in my training that I will get you to where you want to be.
