All Levels MMA Fitness is your chance to have personal training by an undefeated amateur MMA fighter and WBC national qualifier runner-up: Coach Rick. 

Coach Rick has experience fighting to victory inside the cage, the ring, and on the mats, and experience coaching fighters to wins in these combat sports. 

Even if you do not wish to compete in combat sports, we offer a great Cardio workout to help you fight your way into shape as you learn the basics of Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. No more endless hours of mindlessly running on the treadmill. Come get your cardio in a fun and engaging way while learning a lifelong skill that you can pass down for generations. 

New studies show that resistance training first, before cardio, can increase fitness and reduce body fat more efficiently than doing cardio first. So come get in a lift at Debs' excellent strength training facility and then finish off your training with some fun and engaging MMA cardio with coach Rick.
