I’m a proud mom of two, bodybuilder, and a personal trainer who knows what it’s like to start from scratch.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I made a commitment to my health, I really wanted to stop feeling like crap and out of control—ended up losing over 50 pounds. My journey began in my garage with some adjustable dumbbells and resistances bands because, honestly, the gym felt so intimidating. But once I built my confidence and moved from home workouts to the gym, everything changed. That’s where I really saw my strength grow—both inside and out.
Eventually, I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding show. That experience really taught me just how powerful and important proper nutrition is—and sparked my passion for helping others fuel their lives through mindful eating which is really just being aware of what you’re eating. I’m especially passionate about helping fellow moms, active kids who can’t sit still (I get it!), and seniors looking to move better and feel stronger.
Now, I specialize in helping people at all stages of life—whether you’re a busy mom, a kid who can’t sit still (I get it), or a senior who wants to move with more ease and strength.
